Predominantly, funding is for capital projects and maintenance but occasionally for underlying levy debtor problems. We connect Community Scheme borrowers with private clients wanting to purchase/participate in this secured environment, and thereafter, monitor the collection and repayment of these loans to our lending clients. Our success is based on over 150 years of combined experience within the Community Scheme property sectors.
Our team collaborates with the BC Funding Solutions (Pty) Ltd which is part of the Sectional Title Solutions (Pty) Ltd group, focusing on providing value-add solutions to Community Schemes across South Africa.
